Merachi Restaurant needed a brand identity that truly reflected its deep-rooted philosophy of IKIGAI—the Japanese concept of purpose and fulfillment. While the restaurant already offered an exceptional dining experience, its branding lacked the emotional depth and cohesive storytelling necessary to convey its unique essence. The challenge was to create a compelling visual and strategic identity that seamlessly integrated Merachi’s culinary artistry with its core philosophy, attracting discerning diners who seek more than just a meal but a meaningful experience.

We created a brand strategy and identity that captures the soul of Merachi, intertwining its culinary excellence with the profound essence of IKIGAI. We developed an authentic visual language, including a custom logo suite, a balanced earthy color palette, and a refined typography. The brand story was meticulously shaped to reflect the harmony between purpose and gastronomy, ensuring every touchpoint—from menu design to digital presence—immersed guests in the restaurant’s philosophy.
